graduate school project promoting lean thinking and
cycle-time-efficiency by:
- utilizing existing learning resources
- creating training materials to fill contextual gaps
- leveraging training and knowledge in Lean Manufacturing
and Six Sigma
- drawing on experience implementing lean manufacturing.
